Shehersaaz runs programmes across several offices and warehouses, buying and issuing everything from stationery and IT equipment to parts for water harvesting units. Tracking stock, approvals and purchases across teams needed one shared system.
We built their Integrated Inventory Management System (IIMS). Staff raise item, service and transport requests; approvers review them; and the store team issues stock from the right warehouse. Every item, warehouse, category and stock movement is tracked, with low-stock and out-of-stock alerts.
Procurement runs in the same place: vendors, comparative statements, purchase orders with checking and approval, goods received notes, and budget lines that show how much of each donor budget is used and remaining. A live dashboard, reports, an audit log of every action and role-based access for admins, inventory managers, approvers and requesters keep everyone working from the same numbers.
The system is not public, so the screens here show sample data.
