PUCCAR is a UN-Habitat project, funded by the Adaptation Fund and delivered with Shehersaaz, that installs rainwater harvesting units for households in Rawalpindi and Nowshera.
We built the tools the field teams use to assess each household: a screening form that checks eligibility from catchment area and tank space, then socioeconomic, engineering and inventory assessments in step-by-step forms that work on a phone. Every submission saves to a central MySQL database.
Managers sign in to a dashboard that shows how many households have been assessed, how many are eligible and how far each one has moved through the pipeline, with searchable household records, filters and CSV or JSON exports of every dataset.
The system is not public, so the screens here show sample data.
